Corrections for The Healthaliciously Good Cookbook:
p.61 - This correction is not actually a correction, but rather a precision. A few people have had trouble knowing how much liquid is to be removed when draining the red lentils. The answer to this question is all of it. The lentils should be drained delicately (as the directions state), as not to mash them into a puree, but as much liquid as possible should be removed for best results.
p.65 - "2 tsp olive oil" should be added to the end of the ingredients list.
p.75 - Step 2 should read "In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter, soy sauce, oil, coconut milk, water, garlic, ginger, juice, and cayenne pepper until smooth using a handheld blender."
p.57 - The chickpeas mentioned in the ingredient list should be stirred in at step one along with the tomatoes, rice, potatoes, broth, and seasonings.
